SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our Taylors Laundry Auckland Sales and Service teams. You will be an Administrator, Coordinator, and Sales Support Specialist, promoting managed linen and garment laundry services
We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Support Specialist with at least 2 years in a telephone B2B sales roles, administration and coordination experience to ensure the National Business and Customer Manager and team are supported to be in the right place, at the right time with the right resources to exceed our client’s expectations and goals for growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients.
This role will be office-based working with and already established customer service and sales team.

The Ideal Candidate
- Hungry to develop new business & retain existing customers
- Proven sales & cold calling track record
- Experience in B2B & product sales
- Established Auckland networks in hospitality, accommodation industrial and food services sector an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills with a proactive drive
- Fit, energetic & hands on with a real customer service focus
Responsibilities for Sales Support Representative
- Closes sales on assigned products and with assigned customers, with supervision
- Participate in promotion campaigns by handling outbound and incoming calls
- Support with the development and implementation of Marketing material required and support with analysis & product research, which may require involvement with Taylors suppliers
- Contract management support, corelating contract information to induvial customers either renewals or new customer contracts. And update the contract register
- Entering sales opportunity information into Taylors customer management system - NetSuite (sales activities updated on a weekly basis as a minimum)
- Supporting all aspects of attaining new business for all prospective customers (all sectors within Taylors)
- Work closely and in alignment with the National Business and Development Manager, to execute and improve existing lead development processes.
Qualifications for Sales Support Representative
- Good knowledge and experience in excel and MS office software applications, NetSuite or alike are an asset
- Ability to interpret data and update management as required
- Relevant sales experience
- Full New Zealand working rights
- Written and spoken fluency in English

Taylors Auckland is part of Linen Services the largest textiles management and laundry operator in Australasia. Our Linen Laundry manages the textile and laundry requirements of customers in the healthcare, accommodation, hospitality and Industrial workwear sectors.
