Taylors is a leading industrial laundry facility, delivering high-volume textile processing to essential industries.

About the role:

We are seeking a practical and organized individual to oversee the planning of preventative maintenance schedules and the coordination of spare parts for our industrial machines.  This a pivotal role that ensures equipment uptime supports our technicians and keeps the laundry floor moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a structured preventative maintenance schedule
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and inspections
• Source, order and manage inventory of critical machine parts and consumables
• Work alongside Engineers and Fitters to ensure the right parts are on hand for breakdowns and scheduled servicing
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor lead time to avoid downtime
• Keep the parts room tidy, labelled and well-organized
• Maintain maintenance logs and assist in compliance reporting

What you'll bring:

• Trade background in mechanical, electrical or plant maintenance
• Strong organizational skills and practical experience with inventory or maintenance systems (CMMS is a plus)
• Proven ability to read mechanical Schematics and parts diagrams
• A proactive mindset and strong work ethic
