Industrial Maintenance ENGINEER - Mechanical
We are seeking a mechanically minded Industrial Maintenance Engineer to join our team and drive performance improvements on our shop floor.

Role Overview:
This role is ideal for a hands-on Engineer with strong Mechanical aptitude and a passion for continuous improvement. As part of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining machinery efficiency, supporting production reliability, and improving workflow in a fast-paced industrial laundry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain mechanical systems and production line performance
- Identify inefficiencies and apply engineering solutions to eliminate waste and reduce cost
- Lead and support maintenance programs to ensure machinery is running at optimal level
- Collaborate with production, maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions
- Collect and interpret operational data to support improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Health and safety standards and Company procedures
Skills Experience:
- +3 years' experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing environment, preferably in Laundry, Textile, Food or Packaging.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with practical experience in machine performance optimization
- Ability to work on-site and be physically present in a production environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
